Are all sales final?
Yes, due to the deep discounts offered during our sample sales, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping times may vary during high-volume events.
Are the products authentic?
Absolutely. We partner directly with brands and designers to ensure that every item sold at 260 Sample Sale is 100% authentic and sourced straight from the brand's inventory.
What is the condition of the items?
Items may include production samples, overstock, or past-season inventory. While most items are in new condition, some samples may show minor signs of handling or missing tags.
Can I use a gift card or store credit?
Currently, we only accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not offer or accept gift cards or store credit at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international customers in the future.
