Due to the exclusive, high-discount nature of our events, all items purchased through 260 Sample Sale are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. We encourage all customers to carefully inspect their items and verify sizing before completing a purchase.

Return Process

    By completing your transaction at our physical locations or online, you acknowledge that all merchandise is sold 'as-is' and cannot be returned.

    On-Site Inspection

    For in-person events, we provide mirrors and fitting areas; please thoroughly check for any defects or damages before leaving the register.

    Authenticity & Condition

    We partner directly with brands to ensure authenticity, but because these are sample stocks, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present and are reflected in the price.

    Damaged Goods Exception

    If you receive an incorrect or significantly damaged item from an online order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a case review.
